ANALYST, LOYALTY ANALYTICS, DUNKIN'
The Loyalty Analytics Analyst will empower data-driven strategic decision making by turning large data into actionable insights. In this position, the analyst will perform financial analysis focused on the Dunkin Loyalty program initiatives and support various groups within the organization including, but not limited to Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Finance and Franchisees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Loyalty Impact Analysis:
- Analyze the impact of loyalty marketing programs utilizing both quantitative and qualitative measures
- Forecast the financial impact of future loyalty program initiatives
- Analyze customer-level data to understand customer behavior and trends to provide strategic recommendations on ways to optimize and refine promotional activity
- Strategic pricing of rewards to meet organization's goals
- Fraud detection surrounding redemption of rewards
- Maintain and grow the database of loyalty marketing program learnings
Sales Impact Analysis:
- Utilize existing models and analytical resources to continuously analyze the performance of the business (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), with an emphasis on the impact of the Loyalty platform to the overall business
Reporting and Presentation of Analysis:
- Produce and distribute regular and ad hoc reports for various stakeholders across the organization
- Continuously partner with stakeholders to ensure content meets business needs
- Produce dashboards detailing how the loyalty prgoram are performing across several KPIs
- Turn large data-based analyses into clear, concise and compelling presentations with actionable insights
- Present financial analysis to audiences across all levels of the organization
Cross Functional Team Member:
- Act as a key member of the business analytics team, providing representation on various cross-functional initiatives, spanning multiple departments
- Develop relationships and collaborate effectively across the organization to achieve objectives
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in Marketing or CRM Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or other relevant discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, financial or marketing analysis
- Retail or QSR industry experience is a plus
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with APT (Applied Predictive Technologies), SQL, and/or Oracle Business Intelligence is a plus
