Inspire Brands is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide executive-level support to the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer and the Chief People Officer. This role requires exceptional judgment, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a polished professional who is highly organized, discreet, and skilled at building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars across time zones, prioritize meetings, and ensure efficient use of executive time
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, lodging, and expense reporting
- Provide high-quality support for board meetings, committee meetings, and internal leadership sessions
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, confidential documents, and meeting materials
- Operational Efficiency
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential conflicts or obstacles
- Serve as a liaison between the CLAO/CPO and internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics for key legal, HR, and administrative initiatives including offsites, town halls, and confidential meetings
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor management as needed
- Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity
- Support confidential matters related to legal, HR, compliance, and corporate governance
- Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations and while interacting with executives, board members, and legal partners
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 7+ years of executive assistant experience, including support at the C-suite level
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with expense and travel systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of building trust and maintaining confidentiality
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and discretion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting legal and/or HR executives strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Background in corporate environments with complex organizational structures
- Experience supporting executives in a publicly traded company highly preferred
