RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including pipelining, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and administrative processes. 
• Collaborate with senior business leaders and HR colleagues to strengthen and develop future talent pipelines. 
• Build and maintain a network of relationships both inside and outside the organization, providing valuable insights to key stakeholders. 
• Offer data-driven recommendations to hiring managers based on market knowledge, candidate trends, and talent strategies. 
• Lead, mentor, and develop a Talent Acquisition Team  
• Continuously improve and drive efficiency in processes, acting as a change agent for both the team and stakeholders. 
• Partner with internal teams to drive Talent Attraction initiatives. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS 

• 9+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role focused on corporate functions.
• Experience in a multi-brand, matrixed, or franchise-based organization is a plus. 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS and ABILITIES

• Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business objectives into innovative talent strategies that drive meaningful impact. 
• Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills, leveraging metrics and insights to inform decision-making. 
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday and Paradox), sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing platforms. 
• Passion for Talent: Deep understanding of talent trends, employer branding, and the future of work.
