INGNITE & NOURISH 

As a Risk Management Intern, you will play an active role in supporting the team’s operational and analytical functions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Insurance Administration: Track and review renewal policies and binders to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Certificate Tracking: Monitor and verify certificates of insurance for internal and external stakeholders.

• Claims Data Support: Assist with claims-related data projects, including data collection, loss analysis, and brand reporting.

• Business Case Development: Collaborate with other Inspire Interns on creating a business case by identifying trends, analyzing risk-related data, and developing actionable metrics to support strategic decisions.

•   You know the business. You are currently in your junior or senior year studying toward a bachelor's degree, preferably in Risk Management and Insurance.

• You have intermediate to advanced skills within Excel. 

• You're a team player. You're ready to jump in and help with projects to help meet the needs of the business. Even if it means eating the very last roast beef sandwich, chicken wing, or burger – take your pick. 

• You show passion & commitment. You strive in a fast-paced environment and are in it to win it.  

  

INVIGORATE 

You'll be working with the hottest brands (Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic, Dunkin’, Baskin Robbins, and Jimmy John’s) in the restaurant industry. During our 12-week, full-time internship program you'll be working straight out of our Support Center. What else is in it for you? You'll be working on projects that have an impact on business and learn what it takes to be one of the fastest growing organizations in the industry.
