Canton Massachusetts

The Retail Marketing Communications Associate Manager is a key player on the Retail Team responsible for assisting in the development of best-in-class retail communications and menuboard precision, and playing a vital role in introducing new products to the Dunkin pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • “POP” is the point of purchase advertising materials that promote our delicious food and beverage offerings. The person who fills this role will occasionally travel for still photography and motion photoshoots and ensure that all shoot-related needs are met. This jack-of-all trades also assists in getting POP materials created and out the door, working with internal teams as well as agency partners to make it happen, on time and on budget.

  • Menuboards are a critical step in the guest journey – they inform guests of our product offerings (including price and calories) and inspire them to try something new. Menuboards are 100% accurate at all times and this is non-negotiable as they feed additional ordering channels, like kiosks and the Dunkin’ app. If you have a passion for accuracy and detail, puzzles and tech - supporting menuboard development is right for you.

  • Be the first to know what’s in the pipeline by facilitating alpha-phase product tests, running local photoshoots and POP creation for multiple tests each window.

  • The IMC team is a hub of activity – the last stop before things are public. Many smaller jobs make up a chunk of this role such as managing Dunkin in-restaurant radio, creating assets for Delivery providers and a billion other small things that fill the day.

  • Be the backbone of the Retail Team by maintaining presentation decks, retail schematics, budgets, and other support materials.

  • The unexpected happens! Be ready for any additional duties as they present themselves.

Requirements:

  • 4 Year Degree in Marketing or relevant field

  • 3+ Years of experience in advertising/marketing

  • Agency Experience is a bonus

  • High attention to detail and process-orientation

  • Self-starter with ability to work independently

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic setting

  • Resourcefulness and creative problem solving

  • Keeps the team on deadline

  • Creativity - brings a fun, inspired approach to work everyday

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
