As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for solving Payroll issues, stemming from restaurant team members, managers, and Support Center staff globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audit, review, and reconcile Restaurant, International and Support Center payrolls on a weekly basis
- Distribute weekly audit reports to Payroll Specialists & Coordinators
- Assist in the training of Payroll Specialists & Coordinators
- Maintain a high level of customer service through timely response to emails and tickets
- Execute all payroll processes while complying with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Run and analyze payroll audits & reporting
- Process end to end payroll while coordinating with team members globally
- Process complex off-cycle payments (Reversals, Overpayments, Duplicate Employee Merges)
- Assist with research and resolution of payroll related matters
- Document and maintain best practices for payroll processing and implement new procedures as needed
- Act as Payroll subject matter expertise across payroll processes and payroll compliance
- Maintain documentation and SOPs for all payroll processes
- Execute end to end Payroll testing
- Support international payroll processing
- Support Payroll tax processes
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality for all payroll/HR-related items
- Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication with all professional contacts with emphasis on company interests
- Work closely with HR and business teams, including but not limited to Benefits, Compliance, HR Transformation, Organization, Change Management, Operations, Accounting and Finance
- Complete ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned by leadership
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred
- Payroll processing experience required
- Experience with Workday preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES
- Strong computer skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to use sound judgement and maintain confidentiality of information
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented culture and meets critical deadlines
- Ability to work in a highly structured team environment
- Ability to maintain strict adherence to outlined procedures
- Ability to have a flexible work schedule due to work volume fluctuations
