Role Summary 

The Senior OCM Analyst leads change management workstreams for HR and enterprise initiatives. This role develops and executes change strategies that prepare employees and leaders for new systems, processes, and ways of working while partnering with project teams and stakeholders to drive adoption. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute change management plans including communications, training, and adoption strategies 
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify risks and audience needs 
• Create communication strategies that prepare and motivate employees to adopt change 
• Design role based training materials and enablement resources 
• Translate complex project inputs into structured change approaches and implementation plans 
• Partner with project teams and stakeholders to support successful implementation 
• Monitor adoption metrics and develop dashboards or reports that communicate change progress and risks 
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and readiness sessions 
• Provide guidance to OCM Analysts or Specialists supporting initiatives 

Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience supporting organizational change management or transformation initiatives 
• Strong understanding of change management principles; PROSCI certification or equivalent preferred 
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and developing change plans 
• Ability to translate complex initiatives into structured change approaches 
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with cross-functional stakeholders 
• Familiarity with project management practices and project lifecycle phases 
• Experience supporting HR or enterprise technology implementations preferred 
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday preferred 
• Experience using data or dashboards to track adoption and inform change strategy 

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, communications, organizational development, or related field preferred 
• PROSCI or similar change management certification preferred
