RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivery of expected standards for operations and execution plan for standards
  • Improve Subject matter expert for Inspire Company Restaurant Systems such as back-office operating system (Altametrics), bar management system (BeerBoard), point of sale system, etc.
  • Lead all systems, process, and technology-related implementations for operations and support enterprise integrations for company-owned operations. Create project schedules, change management plans, and training materials as needed for rollouts.
  • Support the Operation Performance Team on data and analytic insights for outlier management. Support the delivery of measures, tactics, and processes to improve performance.
  • Provide action plan templates, SOPs, etc. to assist the Operations Performance Team in building an improvement plan and monitor its execution to address insights on underperforming restaurants in an Outlier Management Program.
  • Effectively collaborates with Inspire Restaurant Operations Innovation, Information Technology, Brand Training, and Brand Operations Services teams to deliver innovations and solutions to identified business opportunities.
  • Organize field visits to restaurants to evaluate and document the operational execution levels associated with system initiatives. Gather feedback from the field.
  • Supports the testing and evaluation of operational procedures associated with restaurant hardware and software technologies.
  • Plan and organize content creation to deliver during in-market or conference call operations-based training.
  • current systems within company-owned restaurants to increase profitability. Additionally, this role delivers operational procedures that enhance the off-premise guest experience and prepare company-owned restaurants to execute with excellence.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS in Business or related field experience
  • 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership
  • 5+ years of restaurant operations, or similar field

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to lead while making decisions and solving problems
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and writing skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage against established timelines and budgets
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, or equivalent
  • Establishes and maintains professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments
