We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 team members (TMs) based in India. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of cross-cultural team dynamics.
This position sits onsite 4 days a week in our Atlanta Support Center.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 team members located in India, ensuring effective collaboration, timely responses to inquiries and accurate management of POs, vendor inquiries, and internal team member questions
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals which include but are not limited to; measurable success with PO support, creating documentation like SOPs and Training videos for internal Staff and external Inspire employees
- Analytical with a strong understanding of reporting and creating readouts from Oracle reporting
- Experienced in creating executive ready slides or decks on your area of subject matter expertise
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth
- Experience in PO approval hierarchy, process resolve and navigating a matrixed organization for resolutions
- Is a Maverick and an owner of the relationship with Oracle, bringing forth innovation and strategy for process improvements
- Is an Ally and works seamlessly with other departments and stakeholders to ensure all challenges are resolved swiftly and thoughtfully
- Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. A players coach
- Is keen to working with an offshore team and has experience with delivering exceptional results in a matrixed and global organization
- An expert in Oracle Cloud, specifically around reporting, PO management, CMXL, punch out catalogs, navigating the overall system structure, and procurement modules
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures specifically around PO handling, receiving, and payments
- Keen sense of detail and the ability to flush out anomalies and solve them in a data set which includes analyzes agreement transactional information
- Experienced in creating a purchase order agreement, change order information, payable information
- Understand the infrastructure of Oracle and can upload files
- Novice at items like freezing a PO, finalizing, closing, holding and PO
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-Year degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing dynamic teams, preferably with international team members.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and Oracle
- Experience in procurement or a related field is a plus

- Knowledge of cross-cultural communication and team dynamics
- Ability to adapt to different time zones and work schedules
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with the latest industry trends and best practices
