The Manager, Advertising is responsible for managing the day-to-day advertising initiatives for Arby’s. This role will support the development of the overall brand communications strategy inclusive of target consumer and channel strategy. This position will play a key role in the development and execution of advertising campaigns as part of the Annual Marketing Calendar. This individual will support the strategy of the calendar and campaigns, in partnership with the integrated marketing team. In addition, they will play a key role in the day-to-day connectivity and relationship management of both agencies and internal parties. The Manager, Advertising will oversee production of TV and digital shoots, as assigned, and lead the development of digital campaigns to support the Marketing Calendar. The Manager, Advertising sits on the Arby’s Integrated Marketing team and reports to the Director, Advertising.
Responsibilities:
Deliver best-in-class creative. Manage creative development including concept selection, creative refinement, production and final delivery. Responsible for linear/digital video, audio, outdoor, paid social, digital channels, partnerships/sponsorships
Day-to-day interaction with creative agency partners with focus on Integrated Agency Team’s lead creative AOR.
Work cross-functionally between IMC, Arby’s Marketing and other internal stakeholders to deliver integrated creative for strategic marketing platforms.
Collaborate with media/connections plans to recommend creative rotations, oversee preparation of creative asset grids, trafficking plans.
Requirements:
4 Year Degree Preferred in marketing, advertising or business related program
5+ years preference for account management and campaign development experience in an advertising agency, and experience developing innovative digital campaigns.
Foundation in integrated marketing and multi-media channel marketing
Ability to collaborate with agencies to develop and communicate brand messages that engage consumers
Ability to manage campaigns from concept to completion in collaboration with Director, Advertising & agencies
Ability to evaluate and provide feedback on creative ideas in a way that improves the quality and effectiveness of the work and maintains strong working relationship with internal resources and agency partners
Ability to manage budgets on assigned projects
Ability to set goals, determine priorities, plan, organize and follow through on assigned responsibilities
Thrives in an environment where multiple projects are managed to on-time delivery

Strong communication skills and ability to speak and write concisely and effectively
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team; collaborate with other departments and IMC team members.
