The Senior Analyst, Investor Relations plays a critical role in executing the company’s investor relations strategy. This position supports the Investor Relations (IR) team in managing communications between the company and the broader investment community, planning meetings and other events, and ensuring timely response to and resolution of requests. The ideal candidate will have deep financial acumen, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex business performance into investor-friendly messaging.

This position sits within our Atlanta based Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Inspire’s business, strategy, and financial results to assist in representing the Company to the investment community.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and other relevant information for external reporting.
  • Analyze financial results, consumer trends, and competitive dynamics to inform investor messaging.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly debt investor/earnings materials, investor presentations, and press releases.
  • Monitor equity markets, peer performance, consensus, and analyst reports and summarize key themes for senior management.
  • Coordinate responses to investor inquiries.
  • Manage meeting requests and associated logistics with investors, analysts, and senior leadership.
  • Assist in management of investor events including debt investor/earnings calls, conferences, and roadshows.
  • Manage relationships with vendors that support investor relations function.
  • Build and maintain the company’s investor relations website and related content.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or equity research (restaurant or hospitality industry experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and valuation methods.
  • Develop strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and compelling messages.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with limited supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of restaurant industry trends, drivers, and competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements and disclosure regulations. 
  • Experience with IR platforms (e.g., S&P CapIQ, FactSet, Bloomberg). 
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for investor relations.
