The International Operating Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation and maintenance of restaurant technology systems, including the LMS (learning Management System) and CMX (Compliance Metrix) to support training and restaurant operations across all 6 international brands. The International Operating Systems Manager is also responsible for maintaining a cadence and oversight of operational resources for self-sufficient markets in addition to developing operations and training supporting tools, resources and programs worldwide across all 6 brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

LMS Management:

  • Administer and manage the LMS platform, including user setup and maintenance, course creation, system configuration, and usage reporting.

  • Ensure the integration of training content into the LMS, including testing and loading online training modules and other learning resources.

  • Manage LMS configuration and version control.

  • Provide technical support and training to users, instructors, and administrators on LMS functionality and best practices.

  • Monitor LMS platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize user experience.

  • Stay current on LMS platform features and updates to maximize the platform's effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including eLearning modules, videos, simulations, assessments, and other multimedia resources.

  • Gate keeper for the maintaining the one source of the truth for operations and training documentation across all 6 brands through LMS and SharePoint platforms.

CMX Compliance Metrix:

  • Provide technical support and training to users, instructors, and administrators on CMX functionality and best practices.

  • Design and implement compliance activities, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant food safety and operational standards.  

  • Analyze compliance data to identify trends, track performance, and generate maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

  • Manage policies, procedures, and other compliance-related documentation.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and compliance.


Operations and Training Documentation Maintenance and Development

  • Manages the development and documentation of operating systems for new products, processes, and equipment when needed.

  • Ensure proper hand-off and/or implementation of tools, standards, resources, and programs are executed to appropriate Inspire teams and/or licensee groups


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience in Learning & Development, Training, Business Development, or related field

  • Has a positive attitude, is a customer service and brand advocate.  Motivates and builds
    mutual trust, respect, and cooperation with and among trainees and team members.

  • Strong drive for results, attention to quality, details, analytical problem-solving skills, and
    excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • 7-10 years of restaurant operations, learning/training experience

  • Knowledge to perform tasks in Microsoft Office Suite of Products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

  • Knowledge to perform tasks such as document creation and page layout in Adobe Creative Suite of Products including Illustrator and InDesign.

  • Knowledge to perform tasks and create e-learning courses in Articulate.

  • Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.

  • Support a culture of high performance and accountability which embodies the

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and leadership.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Self-starter and able to work independently.

  • Hands-On restaurant experience and comfortable working in a kitchen.

  • Analytical, problem-solving skills, and comfortable working “in the gray”.

  • Ability to influence and persuade.

  • Project management, Innovation, and creativity.

  • Graphic design and page layout experience

  • International business experience preferred.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
