Franchisee Development Intern - Summer 2026

The Franchisee Development Intern will support the Franchisee Development function with a primary focus on the Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins brands, while also gaining exposure to the broader portfolio. This internship offers a unique opportunity to observe and assist with the strategic and operational aspects of franchise growth, development, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is professional, articulate, and able to represent the team well in settings that may include executives, franchise leaders, and cross-functional partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and pitch materials to support franchise development initiatives.
Support administrative and organizational tasks, including scheduling, data tracking, documentation, and follow-up communications.
Participate in internal meetings, conferences, and executive-facing discussions with professionalism and poise.
Conduct light research to support team projects related to market trends, franchise pipelines, brand performance, and competitive insights.
Collaborate with team members to help maintain an organized flow of information across brands, especially Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins.
Complete other assigned duties that contribute to the operational needs and priorities of the franchise development team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Minimum: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Franchising, Communications, or a related field.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present professionally in executive-facing environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for creating polished, high-quality presentations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
Curiosity about franchise operations, brand development, and multi-brand business ecosystems.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to support administrative tasks as needed.
