Job Summary
- Focused on achieving Inspire Brands goal for NUG (net unit growth) for the assigned Brands (Arby’s, BR, BWW, BWW GO, Dunkin’, JJ, Sonic)
- Work with director or Sr director to help create sales strategy (who, where, how, how much) to achieve or beat annual development commitment targets
- Sales of future development commitments to existing, cross brand and prospective new franchisees
- Lead generation, candidate qualification, negotiations Engage with Brand teams to foster strong business relationships and be an expert on the respective brands. Become a trusted advisor to the Brand teams that you support.
- Provide FDD suggestions to Director that are beneficial to the sale of future development agreements
- Accurate forecasting of quarterly commitments sold for respective brands Manage, develop and mentor managers of franchising and potentially sales associates
- Fostering the OneInspire culture
Duties and Responsibilities
- Selling (prospecting, internal alignment on opportunities, negotiating, requesting agreements) 60% of the time
- Management, mentoring of team 10% of the time
- Administrative 30% of the time
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Business, Marketing or related discipline
Years Of Experience
- 3 years Non-Traditional Development and Franchise Sales
- Fast casual, QSR, and full-service preferred Restaurant operations preferred.
Required Knowledge Skill or Abilities
- Ability to effectively negotiate with individuals interested in a small development agreement all the
- way up to sophisticated organizations and high net worth individuals
- Ability to determine through experience candidates with a high likelihood of success
- Financial acumen (P&L’s, Cash on cash returns, incentive generation, etc)
- Detailed understanding of financial and contractual components of franchise agreements and deal
- structures
- Detailed knowledge of FDD’s, legal aspects of franchising, contracts as well as construction and
- industry standards
- Ability to maintain relationships with a variety of constituents
- Excellent oral and written skills to include formal presentation experience include preparation
- Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other systems utilized by the development team
Travel Required
- 25% travel to conventions, team meetings, prospecting, etc
Salary: $108,456 - $212,895 per year
The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
