We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Systems Analyst to join our Financial Systems team. This role will focus on supporting key operational tasks across Oracle EPM applications and related financial systems. The Analyst will assist with metadata updates, system documentation, testing, and reporting, while helping drive efficiency and accuracy in financial processes. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in financial systems. 

This position sits within our Atlanta based Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.

RESPONSIBILTIES 

  • Perform metadata updates across all financial systems to ensure consistency and compliance. 
  • Conduct completeness and accuracy checks to maintain audit readiness. 
  • Maintain system documentation and process guides for internal controls. 
  • Track team tasks and prepare reports on effectiveness and progress. 
  • Support UAT and SIT testing for system enhancements and updates. 
  • Assist Sr. Analyst with ePBCS-related tasks and configurations. 
  • Update and maintain reports across all systems for financial and operational needs. 
  • Execute daily period-close tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing. 
  • Monitor and report on key variances within financials to support decision-making. 
  • Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency within financial systems. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 
  • 1–2 years of experience in financial systems support or related role preferred. 
  • Familiarity with Oracle EPM applications (ePBCS, ePCM) is a plus. 
  • Basic understanding of financial statements and corporate finance processes. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
