RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage WISP by ensuring daily internal requests for moves, additions and changes are completed in a timely manner for accurate floor plans.
- Track new hire and termination report and ensure nameplates are added or removed by end of each week. Ensure cleaning of vacated cubes/offices to provide a clean workspace for touch down or new hire arrival.
- Daily floor walks to evaluate status and identify R&M needs proactively. Log R&M requests and follow-up to ensure workorders are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide back up for Reception when needed, acting as back up for creating new hire badges, visitor and large event badges in Kastle, maintenance of logs and acting as liaison with Property Management for facility service requests.
- Provide support for security on parking issues (i.e. parking violations, EV issues, etc.).
- Maintain updated Reserved Parking maps.
- Provide back up support for the ATL Mailroom to include receiving and sorting incoming mail, support for FedEx label creation, various mail needs. Update mailboxes to ensure these are accurate and current.
- Back up oversight of Inspire Fitness Center to ensure preventative maintenance, safety, cleanliness of facilities.
- Conference Center back up support/liaison for large meetings to coordinate set up and reset as needed.
- Supports the Manager of Admin Services/Facilities in bi-weekly Orientations and tours as a backup in the Manager’s absence.
- Process invoices on behalf of department and track against budget, and track payments.
- Responsible for new vendor setup.
- Provide support of the beer wall on the 2nd floor by checking keg inventory weekly, and acting as a back up liaison with the software PMB team for server updates and troubleshooting at the tap wall. Back up liaison with BCI vendor to maintain and service the wall and cooler.
- Source and order office and building supplies (such as white boards & special furniture), and other miscellaneous items as needed.
- Assist in daily tasks and special projects as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school degree required
- Two-year college (Associates Degrees) or equivalent work experience preferred
- 1 - 2 years in an administrative / customer service environment
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
- Great customer service attitude and positive attitude.
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow through on project status.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of team members.
- Self-starter who can work well independently but with oversight.
- Ability to assess situations and react quickly to changing environments.
