PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Administrative Facilities Coordinator provides operations support to the Atlanta Inspire Brands Support Center and field-based team members with the highest level of customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Retrieve and sort USPS mail and process outgoing USPS mail.
- Receive, log, and deliver FedEx and UPS incoming packages to SC team members
- Provide backup Reception support as requested – including checking in guests, creating access badges.
- Act as back up for stocking social hubs with paper plates, cups, coffee, sodas and other supplies.
- Manage inventory of supply closets – place orders, stock supplies.
- Act as a first responder to troubleshoot problems with copiers, printers, office equipment, and any other requests sent to the Administrative Services team.
- Place service requests in Angus software as needed for Core repairs/support.
- Perform daily floor walks. Ensure that the building meets the highest standards and all repair needs are communicated and addressed in a timely manner.
- Backup support for WISP way-finding software to place team members in floor plans.
- Aid new team members or those relocating within 3GL by providing name plates, moving crates, and move support as needed. Update tracking software to reflect changes in a timely manner.
- Help with the set up and break down for all conferences and meetings in large conference rooms, including Savor, Flyin Bison, Mavericks, and 12th floor Conference Center.
- Proactively perform preventive maintenance and repair/maintain all office equipment.
- Oversee maintenance of equipment repair performed by outside vendors. Act as POC when needed and communicate issues and/or resolution to the Supervisor, Facilities.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as requested.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Degree
- Preferred: Two years of college (Associates Degree) or equivalent work experience
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
- Two years in a facilities/administration/customer service environment for a large corporation.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
- Outstanding organization, communication, and customer service. Ability to juggle many balls and prioritize.
- Ability to work well and interact with all levels of team members.
- Must be attentive to details, motivated, and hard-working.
