Inspire Brands is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the President, Domestic Development, and provide secondary support to members of the Development Leadership Team. This role requires strong judgment, the ability to anticipate needs, and the capability to support a high-demand executive in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and follow-up actions from leadership discussions are executed with precision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Support (Primary: President, Domestic Development)

  • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring effective prioritization, meeting readiness, and optimal use of executive time.
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including itineraries, transportation, lodging, and related expense reporting.
  • Prepare for meetings by gathering materials, confirming logistics, and managing follow-up actions and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a proactive mindset by anticipating the President’s needs and addressing potential issues before they arise.

Development Leadership Team Support (Secondary)

  • Provide scheduling and light administrative support to Development LT members as bandwidth allows.
  • Assist with coordination of Development Leadership Team meetings, including agendas, logistics, and action-item tracking.
  • Help ensure follow-through on commitments, deadlines, and deliverables from leadership discussions.

Operational Coordination & Anticipatory Support

  • Serve as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
  • Track key initiatives, timelines, and priorities to maintain momentum and ensure the organization stays on track.
  • Coordinate logistics for team events, offsites, leadership sessions, and other development-related engagements.

Confidentiality, Professionalism & Relationship Management

  • Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Maintain a polished and composed presence when interacting with senior leaders, franchisees, business partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage pressure and shifting priorities with composure and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, including support of senior-level leaders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with travel/expense systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a large, complex corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders or a leadership team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience supporting a high-demand or fast-paced executive strongly preferred.
