The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy
Inspire Brands is seeking a dynamic and driven Early Careers Senior Coordinator to join our Early Careers team. This individual will play a key role in supporting recruitment, hiring, and program execution for interns and early career talent across the organization.

This role reports to the Early Careers Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruitment for early careers roles, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer processing
- Assist with hiring and onboarding logistics, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Build trusting, collaborative relationships with internal teams, hiring managers, and cross-functional leaders
- Serve as a campus candidate and experience expert — coach and prepare team members for campus events and student presentations
- Represent Inspire Brands at career fairs, campus visits, and networking events to attract top student talent and strengthen university partnerships
- Create and deliver engaging PowerPoint decks for campus events, internal updates, and program presentations
- Present in front of student and internal audiences to promote Inspire’s brand and early career opportunities
- Utilize Handshake to post roles, manage student communication, launch campaigns, and promote events
- Manage and maintain candidate records, pipelines, and hiring data using Workday ATS and HRIS systems
- Coordinate and support internship program logistics including onboarding, orientation, speaker series, and summer events
- Support post-hire efforts like surveys, feedback collection, intern evaluation tracking, and full-time conversion pipelines
- Maintain and analyze program metrics using Excel to generate reports and share insights
- Participate in process improvement projects and contribute to the development of scalable early careers strategies
- Stay current on early careers trends, tools, and best practices in university recruitment
Education & Qualifications:
- Minimum: 4 yr degree
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, early careers programs, or college admissions
- A clear and confident communicator who can build strong relationships and present with ease
- Skilled in interview coordination, hiring processes, and candidate experience
- Experienced using platforms such as Handshake, Workday, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple timelines with precision
- Creative, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
- Passionate about developing early talent and supporting career growth
- Willing and able to travel up to 20% during peak recruiting seasons (Sept–Nov; Feb–Apr)
- Excited to work onsite 4 days per week at our Boston Support Center in Canton, MA
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in campus recruiting or early careers program coordination
- Experience interviewing, evaluating, and hiring intern and entry-level candidates
- Background in hospitality, foodservice, or consumer brands is a plus
- Prior event planning or coordination experience strongly preferred
