Lead the enterprise compliance program, driving strategy, risk mitigation, and a culture of integrity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enhance and continuously improve a scalable enterprise compliance program aligned to external requirements and supportive of business objectives
  • Manage and optimize core compliance components, including Code of Conduct, conflicts of interest, whistleblower reporting, and policy governance, to ensure enterprise-wide consistency and effectiveness
  • Lead the creation and refinement of compliance training and communication programs to promote awareness and accountability
  • Develop and leverage compliance metrics and analytics to assess program effectiveness, identify emerging risks, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Lead or provide strategic oversight for compliance-related investigations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional leaders to support proactive thinking and problem-solving in response to existing and emerging regulatory, compliance, and industry trends
  • Champion and help embed a culture of ethics and compliance through enterprise-wide initiatives that integrate compliance into everyday practices Support Board and Audit Committee compliance reporting

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.A. degree; post-graduate degree (e.g., J.D. or Masters) preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive compliance leadership
  • Public company compliance experience strongly preferred
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CCEP) preferred

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

  • Thorough understanding of corporate compliance program design and management and DOJ/SEC compliance program expectations
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with proven ability to build relationships, influence, and drive cross-functional change at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, “Big Picture”, while partnering across teams to develop best-in-class compliance solutions that support business objectives
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Professional and thoughtful presentation and training skills including the ability to engage audiences with credibility and deliver effective presentations with solutions and actionable items
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in compliance technologies (e.g., EQS, OneTrust, etc.)
  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, matrixed, and evolving business environment
