ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a creative, strategic thinker who loves to dive into data, craft personalized email campaigns, and optimize the entire user journey from inbox to app? If you’re passionate about turning customer insights into actionable strategies and driving engagement through email and owned channels, this is your stage. As our Digital Creative Strategist, you'll partner with our creative team to create high-impact campaigns that drive conversions and engagement across our powerhouse portfolio. ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a creative, strategic thinker who loves to dive into data, craft personalized email campaigns, and optimize the entire user journey from inbox to app? If you’re passionate about turning customer insights into actionable strategies and driving engagement through email and owned channels, this is your stage. As our Digital Creative Strategist, you'll partner with our creative team to create high-impact campaigns that drive conversions and engagement across our powerhouse portfolio. Think of it as blending creativity with precision—and delivering outstanding results, while having fun.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Strategy Rockstar: Lead the charge on email marketing for multiple QSR brands, from audience segmentation and personalization to fine-tuning creative campaigns for performance and impact.
Web & App Strategy Guru: Collaborate with creatives to develop seamless web and app assets and experiences that align perfectly with brand email campaigns—no digital silo-ing here!
Tool Mastery: Become the Movable Ink and MoEngage champion. Your deep knowledge of these tools will help you create personalized, interactive email content and optimize lifecycle marketing strategies.
Creative Briefing MVP: Steer the creative briefing process, making sure owned campaigns hit the mark in terms of brand voice, strategic goals, and customer experience.
Cross-Team Collaborator: Partner closely with the Senior Digital Strategist, creative teams, and brand managers to align all digital touchpoints with overarching campaign goals.
Analytics Whiz: Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns. From open rates to conversions, you’ll leverage analytics to continuously improve your strategies and refine your approach.
A/B Testing Ace: Experiment, iterate, and optimize—whether it’s subject lines, content, or user journeys, you’ll be conducting A/B tests that deliver actionable insights and measurable improvements.
Inspirational Collaborator: While you’ll be a hands-on contributor, you’ll also help lift the team by sharing insights and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning.
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience: A background in digital marketing, email strategy, CRM, or lifecycle marketing. Experience with email platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Paytronix) is a plus!
Tech-Savvy Strategist: A strong understanding of tools like Movable Ink for dynamic content creation, as well as MoEngage for personalized lifecycle campaigns.
Data-Driven: You’re not just making educated guesses—you’re using data to shape your strategies. From analytics and A/B testing to campaign reporting, you live and breathe metrics.
Creative & Analytical Balance: You know how to blend creative thinking with data-backed decisions, optimizing customer journeys and crafting digital experiences that resonate with real people.
Communication Skills: You can explain complex strategies and insights in clear, concise ways that make sense to both creatives and stakeholders alike.
Project Management: With multiple brands and tight timelines, you stay organized and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in QSR, retail, or similar industries.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in digital strategy, email marketing, or CRM in an agency or in-house environment.
DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY
You’ll have decision-making authority over your day-to-day projects and campaigns, with guidance from the Director of Strategy and Senior Digital Strategist to ensure alignment with brand goals.
DIRECT REPORTS
None! But you'll be collaborating closely with creative and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class results.
