PURPOSE OF THE POSITION 

Provides General Contracting assessment and qualification process support to align with the ICR Construction program. Supports program leads and reports to ICR Construction Services manager.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides support to a high-performing ICR Development team for New Build and Remodel restaurant projects. 

  • Provides guidance to field executives, architects, and general contractors, on the General Contractor process. 

  • Manage a high volume of new store, remodel, and special projects by preparing General Contractor Cap-Com packages, Bid Comparison Spreadsheets, General Contractor Award Bid Letters, General Contractor Project Close Out Letters, sending out Lien Waiver Requirements to General Contractor, and tracking down budget information.   

  • Evaluates & monitors contracts to ensure that General Contractors comply with the terms & conditions of the contract & to determine any need for changes. 

  • Prepares & tracks a high volume of General Contractor Applications for Payment. 

  • Maintain strong relationships, particularly with General Contractors, by troubleshooting issues / formulating innovative ideas & solutions to meet project schedules. 

  • Close out a high volume of new store, remodel, and special projects by tracking down & then uploading all required project close out documents to Inspire Brand’s project management system 

  • Develop and maintain robust Power BI reporting to improve efficiency & effectiveness of the ICR Construction programs. 

  • Participates in and/or manages special projects assigned by the Vice President of ICR Development. 

 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.  

   

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

  • Must have prior experience in General Contracting administration. 

  • Prior experience in Construction and the Restaurant industry are a plus. 

 

 REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES 

  • Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. 

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, as well as Microsoft Power BI, Outlook, Word and Power Point required. 

  • Oracle Cloud experience is required. 

  • High quality work produced with attention to detail. 

  • Effective prioritizing and time management skills. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

 

DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY

  • As provided by written corporate policy  

Pay: $26.25 - $43.75 per hour

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy
