As a key member of the Development team for New Build and Remodel restaurant projects, the Analyst is responsible for managing the purchasing and delivery logistics of all furniture, fixtures, equipment, and services. This includes ensuring that all materials are delivered to align with construction schedules and open dates. The Analyst will also conduct analytics on costs, volume, material handling charges, and other factors to identify potential savings for the organization. 

This position has remote work eligibility and requires someone to be on the East Coast of the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Provides support to a high-performing ICR Development team for New Build and Remodel restaurant projects.  
  • Provides guidance to field executives, architects, and general contractors, on the FF&E procurement process.  
  • Manages the bid process for projects in key categories such as Kitchen Equipment, Walk-In Box, Signage, HVAC, Lighting, Seating, and Décor.  
  • Assists in the preparation of Construction Budgets and initiates Purchase Orders as the Procurement arm for ICR Construction.  
  • Tracks Capital Project Spend to Budget and demonstrates understanding of contracts and projects, utilizing programs and forecasting with Development partners.  
  • Monitors invoices and payouts for each project; assists in resolving invoices that cannot be processed.   
  • Manages databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to analyze data to prepare and communicate around opportunities.  
  • Improves workflow efficiency and effectiveness through process evolution, reporting, and tracking.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in Construction and the Restaurant industry are a plus. 
  • Purchase Order invoice matching.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES

  • Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. 
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, as well as Microsoft Power BI, Outlook, Word and Power Point required. 
  • Oracle Cloud experience is required. 
  • High quality work produced with attention to detail. 
  • Comfortable negotiating with Suppliers and actively engaging in issue resolution. 
  • Effective prioritizing and time management skills. 
  • Ability to review architectural drawings for some take-offs. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
