The Merchandising Associate Manager will support the manager with calendar merchandising execution, lead the execution and development of select merchandising programs, manage creative review of local marketing submissions, fulfill creative requests from individual restaurants and markets, curate digital assets, and support project management of an active merchandising calendar for the Arby’s system. This role also supports larger projects such as uniform management, menu board management, and packaging evolution, and plays an active role in managing our merchandising agency to deliver best-in-class creative for our restaurants.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative development and execution of secondary and select promotional merchandising programs, including Instant Art, and manage creative approvals with brand and legal teams

  • Manage Creative Services process by reviewing and fulfilling requests from over 3,000 restaurants, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and timely delivery of assets

  • Support project and agency management, including maintaining project timelines, routing feedback, tracking status, and ensuring high-quality deliverables from the merchandising agency

  • Handle merchandising operations, including maintaining MAPS content, routing nutritional updates, coordinating photoshoots, and processing budget estimates/invoices

  • Provide support for large-scale initiatives such as uniforms, menu boards, and packaging, and assist the broader Merchandising team with day-to-day needs

Requirements:

  • 4 Year Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field

  • 3+ Years of experience in marketing or merchandising with a multi-unit restaurant/retailer or agency

  • Enthusiasm and ability to learn quickly

  • Well-organized and a self-starter

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities

  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve

  • Project planning and organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Effective multi-tasking abilities

  • Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
